Submission Deadline of our Artbook/Wall Calendar yearly Publication every end April-May every year. Changes shall be announce on forehand.
Required Deadline of Requirements Submission every end April-May &/or end August-September yearly. Changes of Deadlines shall be announce on forehand.
Deadline of Registration of our Artbook/Wall Calendar yearly Publication every end December yearly. Changes shall be announce on forehand.
This is First Come Per Serve Policy. Limited Artist Slots Only per Artbook Publication.

Requirements:
1. Official Online Registration possible yearly every end March & end December by signing-in in this event/project via our website www.europepinoy.com. By Signing-in in this event/project means that you agreed to Eurointermedia Policy/Registration Agreement.
2. Participants are required to submit the Fill-up & Signed Contract Agreement of the Participant/Sponsor to the Organization upon signing-in. This Contract Agreement will be send to the Particiapnt within 30 days upon registration. Our company/Orgzanization will contact the participant/sponsor regarding this matter on forehand if necessary.

3. For Joining Artbook, you are Required to Pass the 3 intensive screening & REQUIRED TO SETTLE the AGREED DONATION ARTWORK(S) once participants PASSED the 3 Intensive screening. This is a NO JOINING FEE project. & Official Participants of the Artbook/Magazine/Calendar are NOT REQUIRED to Buy the Artbook.Magazine/Calendar.

5. You are Required to Submit the following Artbook/Magazine/Wall Calendar Requirements stated below:
a. Artist story written in ms word;
b. Artist foto properly cropped (we prefer artist self-portrait);
c. 20 pcs. original artworks fotos properly cropped;
d. Submit Agreed Donation Artworks (before the artbook, magazine or calendar final text/layout submitted by our organization to the printing company in Europe). Agreed Artworks Donations shall be between 1-3 pcs. of agreed donation artwork(s) agreed by all parties involve in oil or acrylic, black painted box type without frame. Piece(s) of Agreed Donation Artworks depends on the artists build name/artworks value/Artworks sizes.
